Do I need to own a business to join?
No. While many of our members are business owners and entrepreneurs, women from all professional backgrounds are welcome.

Is there a free membership?
Yes. Community Membership is completely free and includes access to our Facebook Community, email newsletter, community updates, and free meetups.
What is SheConnects+?
SheConnects+ is our premium membership designed for women seeking additional visibility, leadership opportunities, curated introductions, exclusive member experiences, and enhanced networking opportunities.

Are meetups free?
Yes. Most SheConnects Meetups are free and open to community members.
How often do meetups happen?
Meetups are held regularly throughout New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and virtually.
Can I attend more than one meetup?
Absolutely. Members are welcome to attend any meetup that fits their schedule.
What happens at a meetup?
Meetups focus on authentic conversation, meaningful connections, collaboration, support, and community building.
Do I need business cards?
No. Business cards are welcome but never required.
Event Questions
Are all events free?
No. While many meetups are free, special events, workshops, conferences, and experiences may require paid registration.

Member Directory Questions
What is the Member Directory?
The SheConnects+ Member Directory is a searchable resource that highlights our premium members and their businesses.
How do I get listed?
Active SheConnects+ Members may submit their profile information through our directory submission form.
Can I update my information?
Yes. Members may update their directory listing at any time.
Leadership Questions
How do I become an Area Leader?
Women interested in leading local communities may complete our Area Leader Application.
Do Area Leaders receive training?
Yes. All Area Leaders participate in monthly leadership training and support sessions.
Can I choose the area I lead?
Applicants may request up to two preferred cities or towns. Placement is based on community needs and leadership availability.
Hosting Questions
Can my business host a meetup?
Yes. Businesses, venues, studios, offices, and community spaces may apply to become host locations.
What types of locations work best?
Coffee shops, restaurants, studios, wellness centers, co-working spaces, community venues, and professional offices are all excellent options.
Is there a cost to host?

Yes. All members are welcome to join our community Facebook Group.
Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely. We encourage women to invite others who may benefit from the community.
What states does SheConnects serve?
We currently focus on New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and surrounding New England communities, while also offering virtual opportunities.
